SpadeSync public policy document.

Information we collect

SpadeSync collects account information such as names, email addresses, organization details, authentication identifiers, billing status, and support messages.

When customers use the platform, we process operational data such as API keys, game account labels, provider credentials supplied by the customer, request metadata, usage events, audit logs, webhook settings, and error details needed to operate the service.

If paid services are enabled, payment details are processed by our payment providers over secure checkout flows. SpadeSync does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

How we use information

We use information to provide the SpadeSync service, authenticate users, secure accounts, route API operations, meter usage, deliver support, maintain reliability, and improve product workflows.

We may also use limited contact and account information to send service notices, security updates, billing notices, and responses to support requests.

Disclosure of information

We disclose information to service providers that help us run infrastructure, authentication, hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to SpadeSync.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the security and integrity of the service, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

Cookies and similar technologies

SpadeSync may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session security, product functionality, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Customers can control browser cookie settings, but disabling required cookies may prevent parts of the service from working correctly.

Security practices

SpadeSync uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information, including HTTPS access, access controls, encrypted credential storage, scoped API keys, audit logging, and operational monitoring.

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for protecting their own credentials, limiting access to authorized users, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized activity.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

Customers may request deletion or correction of eligible account information by contacting SpadeSync support.

International processing

SpadeSync and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where infrastructure, support, and security vendors operate.

By using the service, customers understand that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with data protection rules that differ from their own.

Children

SpadeSync is a business service and is not directed to children. Customers must not submit personal information from children unless they have all required rights, permissions, and legal basis to do so.
