Terms of Service
SpadeSync public policy document.

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SpadeSync. By creating an account, using the service, or accessing the API, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

If you use SpadeSync on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Service description

SpadeSync provides software infrastructure for branded operator workflows, API access, provider credential management, normalized operations, usage metering, and related administrative tools.

SpadeSync may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for account activity, user access, provider credentials supplied to the service, API key protection, compliance with applicable laws, and the accuracy of information submitted to SpadeSync.

Customers must not use SpadeSync for unauthorized access, abusive automation, unlawful activity, security testing without permission, interference with the service, or activity that violates third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Customers may use SpadeSync only for lawful business purposes and must comply with all laws, rules, regulations, platform policies, and third-party agreements that apply to their use of the service.

Customers must not use the service to transmit malicious code, evade security controls, overload infrastructure, misrepresent identity, process unauthorized transactions, or facilitate activity that SpadeSync reasonably determines is harmful or prohibited.

Payments and billing

Paid services, usage-based charges, prepaid credits, or subscriptions are governed by the pricing, order, or checkout terms presented when the customer purchases or enables those services. Public prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and payment information. Access to paid functionality may be limited or suspended if payment fails or an account is not in good standing.

Cancellations and refunds

Customers may request cancellation of paid services by contacting SpadeSync support. Cancellation timing and continued access depend on the active plan, billing period, and any written order terms.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where SpadeSync approves a refund in writing. Prepaid usage credits, setup fees, and usage-based charges may be non-refundable once consumed or provisioned. The Refund and Cancellation Policy provides additional details.

Trials and promotions

Trials, discounts, promotional credits, and launch offers are subject to the duration, quota, eligibility, and usage limits displayed with the offer.

SpadeSync may pause, revoke, or decline promotional access where needed to prevent abuse, fraud, duplicate use, unpaid usage, or activity that violates these terms.

Security and availability

SpadeSync works to provide a secure and reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, infrastructure providers, provider integrations, network conditions, or events outside our control. SpadeSync pages and checkout flows should be accessed over HTTPS.

Payment card details are handled by payment providers. SpadeSync does not store full card numbers on its own systems.

Customers must promptly notify SpadeSync if they suspect unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or misuse of the service.

Fulfillment and returns

SpadeSync provides digital software services. There are no physical goods, shipping methods, delivery carriers, or physical returns for SpadeSync services.

Digital access is fulfilled through account activation, subscription provisioning, API key access, or usage-credit availability inside the platform.

Suspension and termination

SpadeSync may suspend or terminate access if a customer violates these terms, creates security or compliance risk, fails to pay amounts due, or uses the service in a way that may harm SpadeSync, other customers, providers, or third parties.

Customers may stop using the service at any time, but they remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation or termination.

Third-party services

SpadeSync depends on third-party services including hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, and customer-selected gaming provider systems.

SpadeSync is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, including provider outages, API changes, credential revocation, payment processor decisions, or customer configuration errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpadeSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

SpadeSync provides the service as available and does not guarantee that every third-party provider, integration, or external dependency will remain available or unchanged.
